If there is any part of your service that you are unhappy about and we are unable to correct the problem, we will refund that part of the service charge.
- Bereavement Travel — This travel program provides the best available travel options, often with significant savings, on airfare, lodging and car rentals throughout most of the United Sates and Canada. The program helps family members make travel arrangements through the assistance of dedicated travel agents. Up to four members of the immediate family may utilize the program to travel to attend the funeral, memorial or graveside service.
- Child and Grandchild Protection Plan — If an individual prearranges a funeral and pays for the prearrangement, or if a family has had at-need arrangements with Jackson Lytle Williams Funeral Home or Ingling Williams Funeral Homes in the past, the funeral home will provide as an additional benefit, and at no additional cost to the Purchaser, a child and grandchild protection plan. In the event of a death of any unmarried child or grandchild, under the age of 21, of the Purchaser of a previous agreement the funeral home will offer a matching funeral service at no charge to the family.

It gives you somewhere to turn for help, especially if those who normally support you, like clergy, family or friends are unavailable. The Compassion Helpline is a counseling resource available 24-hours-a-day, 365-days-a-year. It is staffed at all times by licensed professionals who are trained in grief counseling.
