Frank Lewis, OwnerFrank has been in the funeral industry since 1993 and is responsible for the overall direction and operations of the funeral homes. He has been actively involved in Big Brothers since 1996, Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, Director Mogul Development, Director Family Choices Real Estate, Inc., Advisory Board of Forest Glen Health Campus, CYO Basketball coach at Holy Spirit Geist Church, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, World Vision Family Sponsor, Advisory Board of Retired and Senior Volunteer Program, OFDA Member and ICFA Member. He spends a majority of his free time outside of work with wife Shelley and son Zach (three years old). " I love what I do and because of this I made the decision to acquire these funeral homes. Jon Deitloff, Manager, Funeral Director & EmbalmerJon is a 1986 graduate of San Antonio College Department of Mortuary Science. He is a licensed funeral director and embalmer. Jon’s father owned funeral homes in Nebraska and he has been associated with funeral service his entire life. Jon relocated to Springfield from Cincinnati. He has two boys, Jacob and Benjamin. He enjoys shooting sporting clays, bicycling, cooking and public speaking. The boys are active in Boy Scouts and dad is a reluctant, but supportive camper. Jon is the Immediate Past President of the Ohio Funeral Directors Association and chaired several committees there. He serves on the Board of Trustees at the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. He was a board member of the Greater Cincinnati Sickle Cell Awareness Council, a board member of the Dan Beard Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and a board member of the House by the Lane Group Home. He is also active with the National Funeral Directors Association. “From childhood I saw the impact a funeral director can make in the lives of people in need. I knew about the unpredictable hours and emotional toll involved and confidently chose funeral service as my life’s calling. A funeral director can’t change the situation of the people they serve but they can offer hope that there will be better days ahead.” |

Traci Skeen, Funeral Director & EmbalmerTraci is a native of Springfield and attended Clark Shawnee public schools, received her Associate degree in Criminal Juctice from Clark State Community College and her Bachelor of Mortuary Science from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. Traci has been a licensed Embalmer and Funeral Director since 1994. Traci's experience, empathy and knowledge has touched many families during the last 13 years. Traci is a member of Trinity Missionary Church, volunteers at local assisted living facilites, active in Toastmasters International and is active in the Possum Little League Baseball. Traci also was part of the 2006 class of the Leadership Clark County Community Leadership Academy. "I feel that what we do is a ministry and calling. We serve one family at a time and at that moment when they need our assistance they are the only family we focus on to create a meaningful service for their loved one. I give my personal guarantee to every family that they will receive the best service possible." |
Catherine R. Thompson, Funeral Director & EmbalmerCatie Thompson is a Cincinnati native and currently resides in Yellow Springs, where she is a member of the St. Paul Catholic Church and the Yellow Springs Lions Club. Catie has been with Jackson, Lytle & Williams since 2005, when she graduated from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science where she received her Bachelor of Mortuary Science degree. "I could not imagine doing anything else with my life. I feel that funeral service is a calling for me. Each day is different and each family we serve brings unique opportunities to help families through a very difficult time in their life. I take this responsibility very seriously and enjoy having the privilege to help." |

Frankie (Miesse) Bennett, Funeral Director & EmbalmerFrankie Bennett was born and raised in Springfield, Ohio. A 2002 graduate of Clark Shawnee High School, attended Clark State Community College and completed her Bachelor of Mortuary Science degree at Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 2006. She served her apprenticeship in Dayton, Ohio before returning to Springfield to join our staff in August 2007. She spends most of her free time with her husband, Jason and their pets. "I am passionate about serving families and devoted to exceeding their expectations. To be able to provide a family with peace of mind in their most difficult times is something I take great pride in and am honored to have the opportunity to help them. We as funeral directors do more than just organize a meaningful service, we provide a source of comfort when a family needs it the most" |
Bob Klausmeier, Funeral AssistantBob has lived in Springfield since 1956 and attended the former Highlands School, Hayward Junior High and Springfield South High School. Bob did his undergraduate college work at Baldwin-Wallace College and his graduate work at Wright State University, the University of Dayton and the Ohio State University. A member of High Street United Methodist Church, Bob taught in the Northeastern Local School District at Northridge School, and also was an instructor and Professor of Teacher Education with Wright State University, the Ohio State University, the University of Dayton and Urbana University. Bob has also written books and articles dealing with professional education and American History. Bob enjoys swimming, hiking, photography, reading, volunteering with the Johnny Appleseed Museum and Learning Center at Urbana University and spending quality time with family and friends. Bob says: "I especially enjoy working with the sensitive, committed and professional people at Jackson-Lytle Funeral Home, and the opportunity to bond with family clients and their friends in a supportive and caring manner." |

Clara Young, HairdresserClara is a life long resident of Springfield. Clara and her late husband John were married for 57 years and were blessed with five children Jon Young, Joni Frey, Chris Young, Jay Young and Charlie Nevious. Clara graduated from Fredrick's Beauty Academy in 1949 and has been a beautician for 57 years, the last 15 at Classic Styles. She has been the hairdresser with Jackson, Lytle & Williams funeral Home for 17 years. Clara is an active volunteer at the Performing Arts Center, Springfield Arts Council, Eastern Star, Icthus Community Church, VFW Auxiliary, Eagles Auxiliary, Moose Auxiliary, DAV Auxiliary and the American Legion Auxiliary. "I take pride in being associated with Jackson, Lytle & Williams Funeral Home and preparing the loved ones for the families we serve. Many of my friends, customers and my family, including myself for my late husband's services, have used Jackson, Lytle & Williams because of the exceptional service and care I see they have for the families they serve." |
Logan Marshall, Funeral AssistantLogan is a life-long resident of Springfield. His parents were James and Pauline Marshall, and Logan took over the family pharmacy (Marshall Pharmacy) and retired in 2006 after 50 years as a pharmacist. Logan was married to Jo-Ann Tillman 29 years ago, and he has been a Master Mason for 50 years. |

Donald Brammer, Funeral AssistantDon is another life-long Springfield resident. He has been married to Judy M. (Knepper) for 47 years, and they have been blessed with 6 children and 17 grandchildren Don was employed at Wright Patterson Air Force Base for 37 years, and has been serving families at Jackson, Lytle and Williams for 11 years. He is a member of the First Church of the Nazarene (since 1985) and has served in many capacities, including church board, finance committee and choir. Don is a charter member and Founder of Springfield Ostomy Society. Judy is a retired Mercy Hospice nurse. |

Doug Reed, Funeral AssistantBorn in Springfield and worked at International Harvester/Navistar for over 25 years and retired in 1995. Member of First Church of the Nazarene and serves on the Church Board, teaches Adult Sunday School Class and leads Discpleship Classes with his wife , Barbara. Doug and Barbara have been married for 43 years and have two children Barton Douglas Reed and Jennifer Jean Grimm. They are also blessed with five wonderful grandchilren ranging from 1month to 12 years of age. Doug spends his free time fishing, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Thomas Harber, Funeral AssistantTom is a life long resident of Springfield and a WWII Veteran. He and his wife Nancy are blessed with 3 grown children (David, John and Amy). Tom retired from Navistar where he worked for 30 years. He has served the families at Jackson, Lytle and Williams Funeral Home for the last 5 years. Tom spends most of his spare time on his favorite hobby....Old cars and model cars. |
