Chris T. Irwin Sr.

IRWIN, Chris T.  lost his battle to cancer on Friday, February 28, 2020.  Chris was the most courageous man with little complaints.  Chris chose not to take treatment and lived every day his way. Chris graduated from Shawnee High School and attended Wright State University.  Chris entered the United States Navy where he received certification in electricity and electronics.  Chris was owner operator of Star Electronics for 28 years.  He was well known in his community for his perfection in commercial and residential and charitable work.  Chris was also a private pilot.  He mastered all sports that he played.  His love of music and dancing around as well as his love of pets.  Chris is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Nora (Babinoff) Irwin.  Chris leaves behind his three sons, Chris Jr. (Felisha), Brendon (Samantha), and Lucas (Katie); four grandsons, Yeremiah, Bentley, Joshua, and Everett.  Chris' special friends, Duwayne Patton and Larry Dotto as well as the mother of his children, Jana Irwin. A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2020 from 12:30-2:30 p.m. at Jackson Lytle & Lewis Life Celebration Center with his funeral beginning at 2:30 p.m.  Chris will be laid to rest at Ferncliff Cemetery.  Expressions of sympathy may be left to the family by visiting www.jacksonlytle.com Fly like an Eagle in the sky Chris, you have your own wings now!
