Constanzia Renee Blackmon

BLACKMON, Constanzia Renee age 63 of Cleveland went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 4, 2020. She was born on February 11, 1957 in Yellow Springs, Ohio to the late David N. and Jacqueline (Brown) Blackmon. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Tijuan Lawrence. Connie is survived by her two sons, Amond Blackmon and Daimond Blackmon as well as her grandchildren: Shadon, Najia, David and Amanda Blackmon. A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon with a celebration of Connie's life beginning at 12:00 p.m. at Jackson Lytle & Lewis Funeral Home, Yellow Springs.
