David Ryan Current

David Ryan Current, age 57, of South Charleston, passed away in his home on Friday, October 23, 2020. He was born on June 16, 1963, in Xenia, the son of the late James and Joann (Powers) Current. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his great-nephew, Maddox; and special friend, Rodney Hannah. He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Scott and Bonnie Current; sister, Lucinda Current; nephews and niece, Scott, Dereck, Cody and Brandon Current and Markie (Ronnie) Bussey; great-nephews and niece, Dean, Lexi and Rowan; special friend, Eric Bussey and his family; and numerous other extended family and friends. David, also known as “Conan” to his friends, was the life of the party. He knew how to have a good time and made sure others were doing the same. His carefree spirit and contagious laugh will be missed by his family and friends.
