Schonscheck, whom she married in 1940 and spent nearly 71 years together before he passed away in 2012. She headed up the primary department at Evangel Baptist Church in Michigan where she was a member for some 40 years, and she was a lead teacher for Boys & Girls Bible Club in the public schools of Detroit . After she and Oscar retired to Cedarville, Nadine was a dedicated member of Grace Baptist Church in Cedarville and loved being active in the Cedarville Senior Center. More than anything else, Nadine loved people. She loved interacting with friends and strangers alike. Her children and grandchildren were her special delight. A Memorial Service will be held at Grace Baptist Church in Cedarville, Ohio on Monday, Dec. 27, with a viewing at 2:00 pm followed by a service at 3:00 pm.
