Pamela Jo Raines

RAINES, Pamela Jo age 62 of Springfield, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at her home. She was born on January 5, 1960 in Springfield, Ohio, the daughter of Alvis Leroy Stambaugh and Mary (Rice) Jennings. In addition to her father Leroy, Pam is preceded in death by her beloved son, Jeremy Raines. She leaves behind her loving husband of 42 years, Walter "Rowdy" Raines; son, Brock Raines; daughter, Kellie (Justin) Holmes; grandchildren: Hannah Raines, Rylie Holmes, and Jackson Holmes as well as her great-granddaughter, Elayna "Laynie". Pam is also survived by her sisters: Kathy (Ken) Furlong and Linda Garroutte; sister-in-law, Cheryl (Chris) Miller; brother-in-law, Richard Raines and numerous nieces and nephews. Pam was a licensed practical nurse holding various nursing jobs throughout the years. She enjoyed managing the companies she and Rowdy owned together. Pam always enjoyed reading a good book, bowling and spending time at the casino. Above all Pam adored her family and friends and cherished her time with them. She will be sadly missed by all those who knew her. A gathering of friends and family will be held on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Jackson Lytle & Lewis Life Celebration from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. with her memorial service beginning at 4:00 p.m. Pastor Steve Wallace officiating.
