Sandra Kay Blaine

Sandra Kay Blaine, 71, of South Charleston passed away unexpectedly on May 22, 2022. She was born on February 3, 1951 in Portsmouth, Ohio.

She was a loyal and loving daughter to her mother for many, many years. She was the oldest of eight siblings and a wonderful sister to each and every one.

She was deeply admired by all. Sandy loved her pups and treated them as tiny little children. She loved family gatherings and will be deeply missed by all and will live in our hearts forever.

She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Smith; brother, David Smith; and sister, Melody Kephart.

She is survived by her mother, Pearl Smith; sisters, Hazel (Dave) Miller, Sheila Neace, Christine (Butch) Kohut and Grace (Mark) Craycraft; brother, Phillip Scott Smith; and many nieces and nephews that adored and respected her that will miss her very much.

Graveside service will be held on Friday, May 27, 2022 at Greenlawn Cemetery, South Charleston at 1p.m. with Pastor Josh Zimmerman officiating.
