Alfred R. Weikle

Alfred R. Weikle, age 75, born November 7, 1950 in Union, West Virginia, went to be with the Lord on August 27, 2026. He graduated in 1968 in Cedarville, Ohio and served in the United States Navy from 1968 – 1972.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnnie and Dorothy (Grimes) Weikle; as well as two sisters, Ruth Pollock and Shirley Gill and two brothers, Roy Weikle and Henry Weikle.

He is survived by brothers, Bobby (Penny) Weikle; sisters, Rosemary Gill, Patricia (Michael) Ferguson and Elizabeth Nickels; and several nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Alfred’s family would like to thank his niece, Lisa Weekley, special friend, Dreama and Shelly Boak for taking care of Alfred through the years. In addition, special thank you to Melissa and Corrina from Capital Hospice for their compassionate care.

Viewing will be held on Friday, September 4, 2026 from 10-11a.m. at Ingling, Williams & Lewis Funeral Home, South Charleston with funeral Service beginning at 11a.m. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
