Andrea DeHart Kiger, 47, of Springfield, Ohio, went home peacefully to be with God on February 11th, surrounded by her husband and brother, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering friendship.
Andrea was a devoted wife to Wade Kiger and a proud, deeply loving mother to her sons, Brennan and Dillon Miller, who were the greatest joy of her life. There are no words sufficient to express how profoundly she loved her boys — they were her heart and her greatest accomplishment.
She is also survived by her mother, Barbara (Harry) Hannaway of Springfield; her brothers, Ben DeHart and Ed DeHart; her sister, Kim Ruf; and her cherished nieces, Macy, Brooke, and Megan DeHart, along with many other beloved family members and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Edward DeHart Sr.
Andrea was the proud owner and operator of Dreamweavers Salon, where she poured her creativity, talent, and heart into her work. To know Andrea was to know true friendship. She was a friend to many and a constant source of joy. She walked alongside those she loved through life’s highest highs and lowest lows, offering steady support, infectious laughter, and immense generosity. She had a remarkable gift for making others smile, even on the darkest days.
Andrea loved animals and embraced every endeavor with her whole heart. She never held a grudge and lived her life with compassion, warmth, and grace. Her laughter was unforgettable, her kindness boundless, and her presence a blessing to all who knew her.
Though her passing leaves an immeasurable void, the love she gave so freely will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Andrea's honor. Condolences may be expressed to the family by visiting www.jacksonlytle.com
