Beverly Diane Marrs, of Springfield, Ohio, passed away on August 28, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 17, 1955, to Virgil and Shirley Phillips.


Beverly was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and dear friend. She had the sweetest heart and a remarkable gift for making everyone feel loved and welcome. Family was the center of her world, and she took great joy in creating special memories for those she loved. Whether it was a holiday gathering, a family celebration, or simply a meal shared together, Beverly made every occasion meaningful. Her treasured traditions and the love she poured into her family will continue for generations to come.


Beverly enjoyed shopping, decorating for the holidays, laying out in the sun and creating a warm and beautiful home for her family. She was also known for making the best lasagna and green beans around.

She is survived by her beloved husband of almost 54 years, Roy Marrs; her cherished children, Scott (Stephanie) Marrs, Christopher Marrs, and Ashley (Keith) Coleman; and her six beautiful grandchildren, Channing, Chase, and Taylor Marrs, and Skylar , Cameron, and Jaxon Coleman. She is also survived by her sister in law Barbara Conley and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to her niece, Angel Jacobs, for her unwavering care, compassion, and support during the past several months.

Beverly is preceded in death by her wonderful mother, Shirley Phillips and many aunts, uncles and cousin.
Though her presence will be deeply missed, the love, kindness, and traditions she shared will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

A private memorial will be held at the convenience of the family.
