Carl Joseph Shaffer, 71, of Springfield, Ohio passed away unexpectedly in his residence on July 18, 2026. He was born July 23, 1954, in Springfield, the son of Teresa and Casper Shaffer.
Carl is survived by his son, Andy Sneed; daughter, Danielle (David) Romine; grandchildren, Robert (Kayla) Romine, Savannah Romine and Ty Romine; sister, Teresa Fritts and brothers, Casper Shaffer and Chris Shaffer.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Debra (Adkins) Shaffer; his parents, Teresa and Casper Shaffer and brothers, Bobby and Phillip Shaffer.
Carl will be laid to rest in the Ferncliff Cemetery Mausoleum at 11:00AM Monday, July 27, 2026.
