Christopher Scott Brown

Christopher “Chris” Scott Brown, age 55 of Springfield, Ohio passed away September 27, 2026. He was born October 7, 1970 in Springfield, Ohio, the son of Jan Frederic and Jocelyn Kay (Dunn) Brown. Chris is survived by his loving wife, Andrea (Chave) Brown, children; Katelyn (Orlando) Guzman, Christopher (Savanna) Chave, and Justin (Hailee) Getz, granddaughter, Scarlett Chave, sister, Brooke (Matt) Lemon, nieces and nephews; Aubrey, Sydney, Will, and Nick, and parents, Jan & Joy Brown. Chris worked as a postal carrier for USPS for 32 years. He was a member of Clark 101 Masonic Lodge and Medway Church where he created many special friendships. Chris’s granddaughter Scarlett was his whole heart, he loved her special nickname for him— “Grumpy.”
