Jay Glen Gawlikowski

GAWLIKOWSKI, Jay Glen age 56 of Dayton passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at his home.  He was born on September 28, 1963 to the late Joseph and Janet (Conley) Gawlikowski. In addition to his parents, Jay is preceded in death by his brother, John Gawlikowski.  He leaves behind his wife of 33 years, Christina (Gain) Gawlikowski; children: Joseph (Andrea), Joshua and April Gawlikowski; grandchildren: Addlynn, Grayson, Austin, Blake, Joshua, Jayce, Jaxson, Damon, Logan, Hunter, and Loralie. Jay is also survived by his brother, Joseph (Kathy) Gawlikowski and his sister, Jana Gawlikowski.  Jay loved fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.
