KELLY, John Howard of Owenton, Kentucky passed from this life on Thursday, August 25, 2022. He was born on April 9, 1944 to the late Howard T. And Lenora (Winscher) Kelly in Owenton, Kentucky. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Launa (Mowery) Kelly and daughter, Jami Sue Kelly. John is survived by his brother, Lawrence Emmett Kelly, sister, Linda Lucille (Kelly) Williams, nephews, David, Mark, and Danny Joe, nieces; Deanna, Kelly, and Kim, as well as great nieces and nephews.
