Joy Ann Krouse

Joy Ann (Ropp) Krouse, age 87 of Springfield, Ohio passed away October 22, 2023. She was born March 18, 1936 in Champaign County, Ohio. Joy is survived by her loving children, Robert (Julie) Raines, Doug (Joyce) Raines, Eric (Wendy) Raines, and Sandy (John) Willars, grandchildren, Josh (Mary Catherine), Nathan (Amber), Brianna (Chris), Zach (Michaela), Caleb (Morgan), Halle (Ben), and Michael Paul, great-grandchildren, Solomon, Silas, Addilyn, Liam, Emmett, Savannah, Bentlee, Jace, James, and Marley, half-sister, Linda, sister-in-law, Peggy, her bingo group and close friends, Janice and Jenny. Joy was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Ropp and Helen (Robert) Parker, husbands, Allen Raines Jr. and Terry Krouse, and brother, Nelson Ropp. Joy was a cake decorator for Meijer and Walmart until her retirement at age 80. She loved bingo, never missing a Wednesday night game. Joy was also an avid dog lover. She will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure to know and love her.
