Lela E. Graham

Lela E. Graham, 88, of Springfield passed away on October 27, 2026 at Wooded Glen. Lela was born February 5, 1938 in New Vienna, Ohio, the oldest child and daughter of Roderick and Roberta (Gibson) Woodland. Lela is survived by her brother, Roderick (Junior ) Woodland of Lancaster, California. Lela is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jon Graham, her 3 siblings: Elbert Leroy (Woody) Woodland, Richard Woodland and Shirley Bexfield. Also Shane Richard Bexfield beloved nephew. 

Lela was many things to many people, but one of her most special gifts was her ability to hold onto the memories that made a family, a family. A true collector of family memories and memorabilia. Lela understood that the smallest things often held the greatest meaning. Photographs , keepsakes, treasured belongings and pieces of family history were reminders of the people and times she loved . She preserved the past so the stories of our family would not soon be forgotten. Lela will now become one of our most treasured memories, truly loved and deeply missed. 

The family would like to welcome friends on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 1:00 pm for a graveside service at Newcomers Cemetery, Springfield.
