Mark Lee Cook, 62, of Springfield, passed away in his home on June 30, 2019. He was born on October 2, 1956, in Springfield, the son of the late Richard L. and Anna (Kelley) Cook.
Mark is survived by his beloved wife of 22 years, Linda (Arment) Cook; children, Jason Cook, Brittney (Ross) Rabold and Adrianne Kiser; grandchildren, Cortney Kiser, Garret Kiser, Ryan Rabold, Braden Rabold and Noah Cook; brothers, Richard “Dickie” Cook and Alan Cook; special friend, Danny McFarland; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mark served proudly in the United States Air Force and the Ohio Air Guard for 28 years. He was an avid sports fan who loved Ohio State, playing golf, bowling or just watching a good movie.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2019 from 4-6p.m. with memorial service beginning at 6p.m. at Jackson Lytle & Lewis Life Celebration Center, 2425 N. Limestone St. Springfield.
