OYLER, Monty J. age 70 of Springboro, formerly of Springfield passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 2, 2020 at his home. He was born on May 14, 1950 to the late Bundy and Helen (McKee) Oyler in Springfield, Ohio. Monty leaves behind to cherish his memory, his beloved wife of 46 years, Brenda (Flint) Oyler; his children: Amy (Michael) Snow, Megan Oyler, and Nicholas Oyler; his sister, Vicki Oyler; grandchildren: Hayden and Leah Snow; his sister-in-law, Cindy Jett and brother-in-law, Dennis (Pat) Flint as well as nieces and nephews. Monty retired from the Ohio Air National Guard after 40 dedicated years. He enjoyed driving, as well as restoring, muscle cars and was known for being the neighborhood handyman. Monty was a loyal fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Reds. He will be sadly missed by all that knew him. A visitation will be held on Monday, July 6, 2020 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Jackson Lytle & Lewis Life Celebration Center. A celebration of his life will follow on Tuesday, July 7 beginning at 10 a.m. also at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest at Vale Cemetery.
