Orville Lester Brock

Orville Lester Brock, age 84, formerly of South Charleston, Ohio passed away January 1, 2026 in Marion, Ohio. He was born April 2, 1941 on the family farm, the son of the late Lester and Mary (Bickett) Brock. Orville is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Marjorie (Loy) Brock, children: Evan (Amy) Brock and Molly (Casey) Claytor, grandchildren, Lila, Nolan, Carson, and Caleb, and siblings: William (Becky) and James (Vickie). Orville graduated from Southeastern High School in 1959. He married the love of his life, Marjorie, July 17, 1976. Orville was an avid lifelong farmer who dedicated his life to his family and community. He farmed with his brother Bill, and enjoyed traveling with Bob and Helena Keehner. Orville was a Past Master of the Fielding Mason Lodge #192, Past Worthy Patron of the Eastern Star, served on the Board of Clark County Soil and Water Conservation District, Clark Landmark Board, and Farm Bureau. Orville was also a member of the South Charleston United Methodist Church. A loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, Orville will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure to know and love him.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, January 9, 2026 from 4:00-7:00 PM at the Ingling Williams and Lewis Funeral Home, South Charleston.
