Rosemary Mae Kellis

KELLIS, Rosemary M. age 78 of Springfield took her last breath here on Earth and her first with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at Friends Care Center in Yellow Springs.  She was born on June 21, 1944, daughter of the late Raymond and Vivian (Blake) Eubanks in Greenfield, Ohio.  In addition to her parents, Rosemary was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 58 years, Daniel E. Kellis; brother, Raymond Lee Eubanks and brother-in-law, Ronald Mick.  Rosemary leaves behind her children: Tonya Fields, Greg (Missy) Kellis, Heidi (Shawn) Congleton and Holly (Todd) Staples; grandchildren: Courtney (Brandon) Sharrock, Paige (Cody) Combs, Hannah (Shane) Snyder, Morgan (Kade) McCammon, Haley Fields, Brooklynn Staples, Jordan Congleton, Hadlea Cydrus, Brooklyn Congleton, Brailee Staples, and Kinsleigh Staples; great-grandchildren: Cameron, Landon, Eli, Carson, Myah, Penelope, Kalee, Colton, and Adaliyah. She is also survived by her sisters, Jeanette Mick and Candice (Chris) Young; sister-in-law, Pat Eubanks and best friend, Jim Koster. Rosemary spent over 60 years making women beautiful at Corner Beauty Shop. She was blessed with the ability to make friends with anyone and loved spreading God's word.  She was a devoted member of High Street Church of the Nazarene and had a passion to work with youth groups until she was unable to do so.  She will be sadly missed by those who knew her.  A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at High Street Church of the Nazarene from 11:00 a.m. until a service to celebrate her life beginning at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Marty Dennis officiating.
